Nikolai Sizov graduated from the St. Petersburg M. P. Mussorgsky Music College and the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture and Arts. He completed an internship in the USA with jazz saxophonist and educator Jamey Aebersold. He is a prize winner at several prestigious competitions and has participated in numerous festivals in Russia and abroad.He is currently a soloist with the St. Petersburg State Philharmonic of Jazz Music and with the David Goloshchekin Ensemble.
