Biography

Pianist, Composer, Arranger and Professor of Jazz Piano at “Umberto Giordano” Music Conservatory in Foggia (Italy). He has graced the stages of major theaters, music festivals, and jazz clubs worldwide with his distinctive projects.

Collaborations:
Pasquale has collaborated with some of the finest international musicians, including Javier Girotto, Gabriele Mirabassi, Fabrizio Bosso, Max Ionata, Roberto Ottaviano, Michele Rabbia, Kiwha Lee, Yeahwon Shin, Valthino Anastacio, Simona Bencini, Adam Baldych. Notable performances include collaborations with actors like Michele Placido, and on one occasion, with Giorgio Albertazzi, Corrado Tedeschi, the Orchestra della Magna Grecia, and the Orchestra Metropolitana di Bari.

Discography:
2021: Released the latest album "Sparks" in September, recorded with his trio and produced by the prestigious German label Enja Records.
2020: Published the album "Mediterranean Tales" in a duo with Gianni Iorio, produced by Enja Records under Matthias Winckelmann's direction.
2016: Launched the album titled "Nocturno" in a duo with Gianni Iorio, produced by the esteemed German label ENJA Records of Matthias Winckelmann.
2016: His composition "Milonguita" was arranged and recorded in the album "Hora Cero" by the renowned ensemble 12 Cellisten der Berliener Philarmoniker, all members of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. The album, produced by SONY CLASSICAL, features works by Astor Piazzolla, Horacio Salgan, Sarli, and Pasquale Stafano.
2012: Released the album "D'impulso" with Argentine saxophonist Javier Girotto, published by the German label Jazzhaus Records. The CD includes three original compositions.
2008: Unveiled the album "Tango Mediterraneo" with clarinetist Gabriele Mirabassi, produced by the German label Jazzhaus Records.
2005: Recorded the live album "A Night in Vienna" at Porgy & Bess in Vienna, produced by the Italian jazz label Philology.
2002: Released the first album "Astor's Mood" produced by the Italian classical label Realsound.

Co-composer alongside Korean musician Jungbum Kim and arranger of two tracks recorded with the NTE trio for the soundtrack of the Korean film "Chronicle of a Blood Merchant," directed and acted by Ha Jung-Woo, released in theaters on January 15, 2015.

Teaching and Other Activities:
He has conducted workshops and masterclasses at universities and conservatories in South Korea, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
Additionally, Pasquale holds a degree in Economics and is the founder and Artistic Director of the "Stornarella International Music Festival," held annually in Stornarella (FG) during the summer.
