Biography

Born in 1993. At the age of 17, Christoph Croisé made his New York debut at Carnegie Hall. Since then he appeared at world-renowned concert halls including the St. Petersburg Capella, the Zurich Tonhalle, the Vienna Konzerthaus and the Munich Residenz.

As a soloist, he has appeared under the batons of famous conductors with the St. Petersburg State Academic Symphony Orchestra, the Camerata Zurich, the Munich Radio Orchestra, the Collegium Musicum Basel, the Tirana Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Harbin Symphony Orchestra among others.

Christoph Croisé is regularly invited to perform at prestigious festivals such as the “Musical Olympus” Festival, the Lucerne Festival, the Davos Festival “Young Artists in Concert”, the Menuhin Festival Gstaad and the Festival de Musique de Wissembourg.

Christoph Croisé plays a Goffriller cello made in Venice in 1712.

He has been laureate of several 1st Prizes at international competitions including the International Johannes Brahms Competition (Austria, 2015), the Schoenfeld International String Competition in Harbin (China, 2016) and the Manhattan International Music Competition in New York (USA, 2016).
