Graduated from the Rimsky-Korsakov Music College and is currently a student at the St. Petersburg Conservatory (class of R. Yakovlev).
He actively performs at concert venues in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, as well as in halls of Moscow, Yaroslavl, and other Russian cities.
At present, Ilya Pliskin is amember of the Symphony Orchestra of the Leningrad Region and also a member of the St. Petersburg Double bass Quartet "4/7".
