Filipp Sozdatelev
Winner of All-Russian and International Competition
Biography
Philipp Sozdatelev was born in Saint Petersburg in 2003. He studied with teacher Sergei Zubarev at the Children's School of Music ¹11. Since 2020 he was admitted to the St. Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory (class of honored artist od Russia professor Andrei Kazakov, later class of Nikita Lyutikov). He has taken part in master classes given by E. Petrov, A. Bolshiyanov, A. Laukhin, and Y. Milkis. He is also a member of the creative sessions at the Sirius Educational Center.
Laureate of the All-Russian and international competitions. First prize Award at the Crescendo International Music Competition (2019), First prize Award at the International Music Competition "Weber Clarinet" (2021), Third prize Award at the International Rimsky-Korsakov Competition in Saint Petersburg (2022).
In 2017, he was awarded the Saint Petersburg Government's Youth Talent Award.He has performed as a member of the Vasilievsky Island Youth Symphony Orchestra where he was the soloist, and the 1st clarinet under the baton of Sergei Yefaev on a tour around cities of Europe in 2017-2019.He has participated in concert programs of the Vladimir Spivakov Charitable Foundation in 2018. He has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City as a prize winner of the Crescendo International Music Competition in 2019.In August 2020, he was short-listed for the All-Russian Youth Symphony Orchestra named after Yuri Bashmet.
He has performed both solo and as member of the orchestra at such concert venues in Saint Petersburg as the Mariinsky 2, the Small Hall of the Academic Capella, and the Saint Petersburg Shostakovich Philharmonic.
