Online broadcasting of concerts is one of the most important areas of the Philharmonic's work, opening the world of classical music to the widest possible audience. Broadcasts are held on the official website of the philharmonic society and in the official group in the social network "VKontakte". An integral part of every online broadcast is a musicologist's commentary, which gives viewers the most fascinating facts associated with the works they perform and helps them tune in to the perception of music.

The Philharmonic organizes online broadcasts of the most significant concerts: so in the season of 2017-2018 our audience heard performances by the Honored Collective of Russia, the Academic Symphony Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of the Bavarian Radio, soloists of the Dresden State Capella, as well as pianists Eliso Virsaladze, Denis Matsuev, Boris Berezovsky, Polina Ossetian and many other musicians.

The Philharmonia makes every effort to ensure that the broadcasts meet the highest standards: each time a large team of professionals is involved in their production, uniting operators, directors, sound engineers, musicologists and engineers. Multi-camera shooting offers our viewers the maximum variety of angles.

Each online broadcast collects an audience of hundreds of thousands of viewers. A record of 750,000 hits remains: so many music lovers joined in June 2018 to broadcast the concert-closing season of the Philharmonic, in which the Italian pianist Beatrice Rana performed with the Honored Worker of Russia under Yuri Temirkanov. At the same time, this broadcast became the most popular broadcast of the classical concert on the platform "VKontakte".
