Since its first appearance in 2003 at the Theatre City Festival in Budva, the Rubikon String Quartet has established itself as one of the best chamber ensembles in Serbia. The debut was followed by a concert tour of Serbia and Montenegro, as well as concerts at the Belgrade Philharmonic, which confirmed the quartet's high reputation. The group's subsequent creative achievements were closely linked to performances at various international festivals, as well as productive collaboration with talented performers - violinists, pianists, clarinetists and guitarists, with whom fate and the concert poster brought the quartet together.

The quartet currently includes Robert Lakatos (first violin), Una Stanic (second violin), Jozsef Bisak (viola) and Dragan Djordjevic (cello).
